Monthly memberships automatically renew each month and the monthly fee is automatically charged to ensure uninterrupted service. If you wish to stop monthly renewals, you must cancel your membership, and you'll retain service for the remainder of that month. For annual billing, you can choose to enable auto-renewal when signing up. We'll charge your payment method on the renewal date and send email notifications before each renewal. Annual billing offers a 20% discount compared to monthly payments, processed securely through Westpac Bank. Please note that there are no refunds for fees already paid.
